- We start a pre-consult section, where you can tell us a little bit more about yourself
- We take your original measures
- The Contour Light® treatment starts
- We measure you once again so you can see the instant result
- We create a report of findings: This includes the recommendations for the Contour Light® package, nutritional packages, cost, financing, questions, concerns, etc.

No food for 2 hours prior to treatment
Bring comfortable undergarments
Avoid alcohol

Your first functional medicine consultation
What does your first functional medicine consultation look like?
- You are greeted and welcomed into our wellness center
- We start a pre-consult section, where you can tell us a little bit more about yourself, your habits, your pre-existing conditions, what medications you currently take, and if you have any symptoms
- We run any necessary tests according to your needs
- We schedule follow-up consultations with the doctor to follow your process and run any tests if necessary

Your first hormone replacement consultation
What does your first hormone replacement consultation look like?
- You are greeted and welcomed into our wellness center
- Our expert staff will thoroughly examine your medical history and genetic markers to determine your best treatment.
- We do a comprehensive evaluation of your hormone levels.
- Once your evaluation is done, our doctor will give you the types of hormones to take, along with the right dosage and frequency.
- We will schedule a follow-up consultation to measure your progress.
Your first weight loss consultation
What does your first weight loss consultation look like?
- You are greeted and welcomed into our wellness center
- We do a functional medicine screening, looking for health problems contributing to your weight issues. We’ll also test for digestive and metabolic problems.
- If needed, we may start systemic detoxification, helping you manage stress and giving you a clean start.
- We design a customized health program for you.
